One should bear in mind that this GPU is not meant for gaming as the chip used uses an ancient 28nm process node. It does carry some horsepower despite being underpowered having 1.5 TFLOPS of FP32 compute performance, which is unsurprisingly 30% slower than the GTX 1050 Ti. It is true that real world performance cannot be measured just by a small benchmark as each architecture is built differently, however, we should not expect miracles from this GPU. The closest real-world competitor could be the Maxwell based GTX 750 Ti. It should be noted that this GPU will primarily be used in China and Russia in workstation desktops merely as a display adaptor. In addition to that, Glenfy explicitly stated that the Arise GT-10C0 will work on Intel and AMD platforms and all kinds of operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Ubuntu.  Support for HEVC/H.264/MPEG2/MPEG4/VC1/MJPEG Decoding and HEVC/H.264 Encoding is also present revealing that this GPU can be used for light video encoding and rendering.  The Arise GT-10C0 may not pose much of a threat to a current gen flagship GPU say an RTX 3090, however, China is very keen on entering the semiconductor market. Although, many problems still persist as research for a new architecture does not come at a cheap cost and fine tuning these chips also remains a question but surely with the passage of time, many companies from China will start developing such GPUs that can compete with giants like NVIDIA and AMD.
